The only uncomfortable moment was waiting for the home to be built and delivered. Being able to watch your expert workmen place my home on the basement with ease, once again affirmed my decision of selecting my new home with you. Dear Kevin,

We wanted to let you know that we were very pleased with the royal home we purchased. There is not one thing that we would want to change on our new house. So many times after you live in your home, you find something that you don't like about the floor plan. We were very happy to have you as our sales person. Everything you had discussed with us was the way it was. Every time I called your office you were available, or promptly returned my call. I have been a township treasurer for over 25 years, and have, dealt with many couples, who have purchased modulars from other dealers. The service and cooperation you gave us was superior. I sent you a few pictures of our new home, sorry, but no lawn yet. Deck in back is going to be built next week. Again, a big thanks.
